Probably should've mentioned, you should also run "/gamerule commandblockoutput false".

the on-screen captions spoil the fun. pegasus doesn't fly, it just rises or falls, depending on how you hold the strange fishing rod in your hand.

Not sure what you mean about the on-screen captions. Unfortunately, Minecraft doesn't have a system for flying rideable mobs so I had to make my own, slightly janky system

Can Pegasus naturally spawn?

You have to craft the spawn egg with a dragon egg, an elytra, phantom membrane and leather.

it’s a good mod, but since I’m operator in the world it keeps repeating the slow fall command for the Pegasus and I turned off send command feedback but it still keeps showing up
