Survival Thirsty adds a functional thirst system for the new versions, with a moderate difficulty that will keep you alert at all times so you don't die of dehydration while doing your stuff :p
Not so important : you can accompany it with an addon-pack to make it more entertaining, although it works very well by itself.

I have a problem, I can't seem to drink any of the canteen and the bottle water in 1.20.60, is there someway to drink it or else you need to update it? Great addon.
