This pack burns you whether you aren't standing beneath a block or isn't wearing a helmet. Since this pack uses scripts it is compatible with most if not all add-ons.

Funny you should mention that, this account has a mod for that exact thing you're talking about, it's called "When Day Breaks" or SCP 001
