A pack that has been long overdue. How long exactly? Probably about at least 3 years. The successor to the original Utility Vehicles pack that I created back during the early days of 2020. A magnitude of better features, refined mechanics, models, animations and of course, more functionality; this pack was developed with the same aim the original pack had in mind, but with all the improvements listed earlier in this sentence.
