Use this in your world to add or remove structures easily without having to go through the hassle of breaking every single block. It's extremely helpful if you are trying to make your own server. You can use tools to fill in blocks between 2 coordinates or use the hollow mode to make a hollow rectangle. You can also fill with air if you are trying to clear out something. This addon also supports geometrical objects other than boxes such as cylinders and spheres. You can also use it to quickly clone.

You may be thinking about another way on android, but no, getting block launcher isn't a real way of using scripts on mobile because it is a launcher and not a mod. Also, just get a pc isn't an argument. Either some people don't want one or can't afford it.
