Can you give the hummingbirds there real life variant and keep the colored ones

Maybe add common mynas, common hill mynas, white-vented mynas, hornbills (Great, Rhinoceros, Rufous, Helmeted), white bellbirds (the loudest birds), cassowaries which spawn in jungles, common starlings, blackbirds, ospreys, red-tailed hawks, peregrine falcons which spawn in plains and forests, ostriches, emus, secretarybirds, seriemas (Black-legged and Red-legged), lovebirds, rheas, tinamous (The only palaeognaths that can fly), Marabou Storks which spawn in savannas, kakapoes, kiwis, moas, haast’s eagles, wekas, takahes which spawn in birch forests, penguins (Emperor, King, Chinstrap, Adelie, Gentoo which spawn in cold beaches, Macaroni, Royal, Northern Rockhopper, Southern Rockhopper which spawn in stony shores, African, Humboldt, Magellanic, Galapagos which spawn in warm beaches, Little, Australian Little, Yellow-eyed, Waitaha, Snares, Fiordland, Erect-crested which spawn in birch forests), skuas, albatrosses, terns which spawn in stony shores and cold beaches, and lastly keas, bald eagles, lammergeier, golden eagles, and ptarmigans which spawn on meadows and groves

What is that kind of toucan that has a black bill with a little bit of blue and it’s in the back between toco toucan and keel billed toucan

My suggestions are:
Add different types of roosters and hens, in short chickens. These chickens aren't the normal one, roasters can be trained and feed well, they can used for rooster fights (a traditional gamble in the Philippines and other parts of Asia). Add common to rare chicken variants with different strength, speed, and health. You should add fighting animations for chicken. Make some birds breedable, they will spawn an egg which will eventually turn to a baby version of the bird. Additionally, you could add powerful chickens like ender chicken, or desert chicken, that can use abilities on rooster fights and also have different traits depending on its environment. That is my suggestion, thank you and take your time.

Maybe add oilbirds and swiftlets to lush caves and dripstone caves, canaries to deserts, plains, meadows, forests, beaches, and birch forests, ravens, crows, and hawks to all surface terrestrial biomes, chickadees to all taigas, sparrows, pigeons, and finches to villages, eagles and ospreys to beaches and swamps, and flamingoes and herons to swamps.
