The Endless Night (discontinued)

this addon forces the game to set the time to midnight permanently therefore mobs are constantly roaming the world i created this addon because it adds a twist to the usual survival gameplay that players are used to it also adds a little bit more difficulty to survival as there is no way to set the game to day and make surface safer to traverse.

The big update is being postponed as well as the development on that update as the current version of Minecraft has bugged the custom items that I was planning to add making them unusable I will try and do the update when the next version of Minecraft releases for now I will be working to try and add custom entities instead to make the add-on more unique then just a time changer.

Vanilla endless night. No mods or command blocks are required.
Turn on cheats -> turn off "Do Daylight Cycle" -> set the time to midnight.

Like I said in the reply to JoeManFish I am well aware of the fact that you can do this with commands however I am not done updating the add-on yet thank you for your comment/feedback.

Man, this is so easy to make. A endless night can be made with simple command blocks, its not that hard.

I am well aware of this however I am not done updating this add-on yet and I know that it would be easy to make however even if I wanted to remove the add-on (which I do not) as I still think I can add more to it. I cannot as mcpedl does not allow how to remove posted add-ons just yet if I do decide to end the add-on I will update the title thank you for your comment
