Hibiscus Xtras

Have you ever wanted more blocks to build with? Have you felt that Minecraft doesn't provide enough blocks to build with? Well, this addon adds new blocks to expand on vanilla Minecraft! These blocks are designed for building but also come with survival compatibility, making survival and creative building so much more fun! Along with this, Hibiscus Xtras adds in new textures that help tie together the game and work with builds better!! :D

-Moved page over to the Team Hibiscus account!
-Changed the name of the Addon
-Fixed Discord Link
-Gave names to all the Fog Blocks
-Gave names to the Straw Slabs and Stairs
-Straw Slabs and Stairs can now be found in the creative menu
-Lanterns and Torches have proper items now
-Lanterns and Torches were moved to the Items category in the creative menu
-Candle Sconces are now with candles in the creative menu
-A few behind the scenes things were done to get better code
-Pastel was renamed to Kaolin to prepare for the move from Hibiscus Xtras to Nature's Spirit
-Updated the page itself with a few grammar/spelling corrections and formatting changes

Hi everyone! Rewby23 here, I am one of the current curators of this addon. Goofy and I haven't had time to work on this currently but if you'd like to stay updated on the progress, join the discord! We are pretty active on there and you can get updates on our progress on both the addons and the mods.

As a sidenote, we will not be updating on MCPEDL in the future. We will be updating on other sites such as Modbay instead.

When I tried to use this addon with Realms, an error occurred when generating the world, so I can't use it.

Rewby23 here! Its possible to put it onto Realms! It's just a long process. That, and there is an infamous bug that has returned that makes it hard to apply packs to Realms for no reason.

Is the mod getting updated? Blocks have lost texture and most require updates.. they just show up as dirt blocks or are completely invisible/don’t show in the creative menu. I just spent 100hrs on a realm build using this mod, I swear if it’s just another one of those mods that get forgotten about by the owners..

Eko said Addon production will be halted and not resuming any time soon till 1 he done with many of the java mods and 2 The Addon API is stable enough for me to develop on.

OMG THIS ADDON IS AWESOME! So many lights! I love lights! And alllll the COLOURS! Really well made Eko!! I was wondering if you might add the adorable little pink lantern from the previous version back in a future update (because its freaking cute and also did I mention I love all your lights?), no pressure or anything I was just curious. That first lantern was how I found your addon before, and now I've sooo many more to play with! Thank you!!

Could you upload a version that doesn't have the blocks that require the geo fixer addon? I love the blocks that need it but I couldn't get it to work correctly.

If not, could I go ahead and remove them for my own realm?

Edit: When putting granite, andesite and granite into the stone cutter it gives the recipe for Polish Stone and Polished Stone Slabs.

Thanks for the bug post. Remember to have geo fixer applied within the world at the very top. If you cannot get it to work I recommend that you have them removed yourself, there are plenty of great addon tutorials which can help you understand what to remove. To my current knowledge the paper lanterns and sconces are the only blocks which need geo fixer.

I wanna increase a texture on the window pane to 32x32, i have the texture but have gone through 7 zip versions of the pack trying to get it to work. Should i just share you the texture, maybe you can help?

could u add recipes for survival? i love the textures and blocks in this world but it bums me out how i cannot use it in my survival world bc theres no recipes
