Please remove the “Please Don’t spam” Message When You Try To Spam Anarchy Server’s Have No Rule’s So Please Remove It Make’s No Sense

While it is supposed to be an "anarchy" server, it has some things really annoying if you are using a hacked client. It says "You are breaking blocks too fast" if you try to insta break hack. The laggy teleportation sys won't even let me fly, even with an elytra! Plus it would suffocate you and trap you if you try to fly hack so you can't really use it as an inordinary survival server and not free to do whatever you want.

Now, could you please reintroduce redstone into the server except TNT? I don't understand why you would disable redstone like that.. That's so absurd....
